Castle HQ was founded by Mando Castillo to give small and mid-sized businesses the financial clarity and confidence they deserve. As a Fractional CFO based in Denton, Mando brings over 15 years of executive-level finance and operations experience to the table—without the full-time cost of hiring an in-house CFO. His approach is simple but powerful: partner with business owners every month to set profit and cash flow goals, track progress with clear scoreboards, and provide actionable strategies that turn financial data into confident decision-making.

A proud University of North Texas graduate, Mando built Castle HQ with a mission that’s as local as it is practical: help business owners in Denton and across Texas gain control of their finances so they can focus on growth, opportunity, and what they do best. His clients value not only his financial expertise but also his ability to roll up his sleeves and become a true partner in the business—turning complex numbers into clear, actionable insights.

Beyond Castle HQ, Mando is rooted in the Denton community. He’s a husband, father of three boys, and an active supporter of youth sports and local business initiatives.
